Configuration

After installing the FM MailBridge add-on and placing it on a layout, you still need to configure it:

Open the Configuration Layout

In your FileMaker file, navigate to the layout:

mail_CONFIG||select

Create a New Configuration

Click “New Configuration” in the top-left corner.

Give the new account a descriptive name.

Enter Mail Account Credentials

Fill in the IMAP account details:

• Host (e.g. imap.gmail.com)
• Username (email address)
• Password (use an app-specific password if required)
• Port (e.g. 993 for IMAPS)
• SSL / Encryption (e.g. activate SSL)

Enter Server URLs
