1. License The purchase of this software grants you the right to use it in exactly one FileMaker installation within your company or for your personal project. You are not permitted to redistribute, rent, lease, lend, or resell this software without prior written permission from the developer.

2. Modifications You may use and configure this software within your FileMaker environment. Any modification, decompilation, reverse engineering, or circumvention of technical protection measures of the delivered files is not allowed.

3. Support The software is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.

4. Liability The use of this software is at your own risk.

   Liability for data loss, system damage, or consequential damages is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

5. Governing Law This agreement is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
